“The Walking Dead” spoilers under!
In Michonne’s final episode of “The Going for walks Dead,” she discovers a cellphone with drawings of her and Judith, a Japanese concept and Rick’s title carved into it. It seems to be evidence that Rick doesn’t know how to use a cellphone thoroughly (just take it quick on the stylus, dude), and, additional importantly, that he’s alive.
But apparently there is something else likely on with the mobile phone mystery, and Rick may be in much more problems than we believed. What else is new?
On “Talking Dead” adhering to the episode, Scott Gimple, the “Walking Dead” main material officer, noted that the drawing of Judith on the mobile phone is more “current” than Rick Grimes would’ve acknowledged, considering the fact that he remaining at a time when she was nevertheless a toddler. (The Judith on the display seems to be additional like Cailey Fleming’s model of the character, who arrived on the clearly show pursuing Lincoln’s departure.)
Gimple additional that the drawing did not signify Rick had to have witnessed Judith lately. And now we know that is apparently due to the fact he might have not been the artist right after all, except he’s been employing that mobile phone to discover Japanese on Duolingo.
The Japanese etching on the mobile phone appears to be the key, and “Walking Dead” showrunner Angela Kang confirmed to Insider that it has the concept, “Believe a little more time.”
Kang explained, “It was a message to Rick from any person.”
Moreover the cellphone, Danai Gurira’s Michonne also found Rick’s outdated boots, and on “Talking Dead” Gimple said, “Both Rick Grimes and Andy Lincoln would not give up these boots really quickly.”
With the Japanese phrase imploring Rick to “believe a small longer” and the truth that he could have not willingly provided up his boots, it seems like our guy’s not undertaking way too very hot. However the last time we saw Rick he had been impaled by a piece of rebar, blown up on a bridge and then abducted by a helicopter, so when is he ever doing perfectly?
